3190 State Highway 1F Motutangi, Far North District

Ideal farm development block.
It's rough and ready. This 55.7ha block has a good balance of rolling dry sandy country along with flat alluvial peat soil that can't wait to be returned to it's best! It has been cropped in the past but let go and has been an ex deer farm. Boundary fenced with 1800 deer fencing. You create the block how you want. It will be sold! So if you are looking for that opportunity for extra land don't snooze or you will lose. Handy to Pukenui and Houhora Heads for shops and great fishing. Subject to title. Auction to be held at Ray White/Mark Saxton Real Estate Ltd, 123 Commerce Street, Kaitaia 11am on Friday 21st September 2012. (unless sold prior)
