Compliance Manager | Ray White Far North

Sharron oversees compliance across the Ray White Far North organisation, drawing on more than four decades of real estate experience and extensive knowledge across multiple areas of the industry.

Her real estate career began with Mark Saxton Real Estate Ltd, then operating under the Nationwide brand, in 1984. By 1987, at just 21 years old, Sharron had qualified as a Branch Manager and went on to build extensive experience in real estate management and operations throughout the Far North.

After working with several real estate companies across the region, Sharron returned to Mark Saxton Real Estate Ltd at Ray White Kaitaia in 2006. Her broad industry experience provides a strong foundation for managing compliance requirements and supporting the Far North team in maintaining professional and regulatory standards.

Sharron’s connection to the Far North runs deep. Raised in her early years in Waiharara and of Croatian and European descent, she has spent much of her adult life in the region and now lives with her partner on their farm at Takahue.

Her interest in property began at an early age through her parents’ farm trading, which took the family throughout New Zealand and overseas and introduced her to property and real estate from a young age.
