Operations Manager | Ray White Far North

Megan Howell leads the administrative and operational systems supporting the Ray White Far North organisation.

Her role helps ensure property campaigns, contracts, compliance requirements and client communications are managed through an organised and consistent process.

Before joining the real estate industry, Megan gained senior leadership experience as a call centre general manager, working across human resources, customer service and business operations. She also brings a background in tourism marketing and understands how Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands are presented to visitors and relocating buyers.

Megan works behind the scenes to support salespeople, property managers and clients throughout the property journey.

Based in: Ray White Kerikeri, supporting the wider Far North office network.
